After over a decade of pushing her body to the limit, Cat found her creativity expressing itself through a new medium, the quintessential art of One-line. As a Wellness & Self-Development guide for young creatives, Cat used this medium to share her affirmations and sweet reminders of self-love on social platforms to help those who needed little nudges to guide them back to themselves. Cat has a deep love for helping people, and when it comes to her art, she finds that it has the ability to travel faster and reach more people than she physically ever could.
